Emily and me went to Wimbourne Folk Festival a few weeks ago and watched the Morris Dancers for ages. Its fascinating to think these dances and songs have been performed for hundreds of years. I always see Tess of the D'Urbervilles when they dance in midsummer. The scene is shot on Dancing Ledge in Purbeck, near Langton Matravers. How I love living in Dorset.
